Central Government notified the Micro Units Development & Refinance Agency Limited (MUDRA) u/s 194A - 65/2016 - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES) NOTIFICATION No. 65/2016 New Delhi, the 5th August, 2016 INCOME-TAX S.O. 2616(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (f) of clause (iii) of sub-section (3) of section 194A of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government hereby notifies the Micro Units Development Refinance Agency Limited (MUDRA) for the purposes of sub-section (3) of said section. 2.
