G.S.R. 1060 (E). – In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 38/2016-Service Tax, dated the 30th August, 2016 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 835 (E), dated the 30th August, 2016, at page 2,-

(i) in line 23, for “5” read “6”;

(ii) in the TABLE, in column 1, for “5A” read “6A”;

(iii) in line 31, for “5A of the TABLE” read “6A of the TABLE”.
