Corrigendum - Notification No. S.O. 1391(E) dated 26th April, 2017 - S.O. 1686 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 17th May, 2017 S.O. 1686 (E).- The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1391(E) dated 26th April, 2017 for sector specific Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES and business process outsourcing sector at Navagara Village, North Bangalore Taluk, in the State of Karnataka.
