Bhopal, the 24th June 2017 No. F-A-3-19-2017-I-V (28).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017) , the State Government, hereby, specifies that the Circles, Divisions, Appeal Offices, Zones and other Offices including administrative office of the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh, existing under the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) and rules made thereunder shall be deemed to have been set up under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the rules made thereunder for carrying out the purposes of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the rules made thereunder. 2.
