Bhopal, the 24th June 2017 No. F-A-3-21-2017-I-V (30).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017) , the State Government, hereby, specifies that the territorial jurisdiction of areas of Circles, Divisions, Appeal offices, Zones and other offices for carrying out the purposes of the aforesaid Act and rules made thereunder shall respectively be the same as the existing territorial jurisdiction of areas of Circles, Divisions, Appeal offices, Zones and other offices under the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002). 2.
