NOTIFICATION

The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), hereby re-appoints Shri Madhu Sudan Wadhwa, as Member (Judicial) of the Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal, for a further period from 09.09.2017 to 15.03.2020 on the existing terms and conditions.
