EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Shimla-2, the 5th September, 2017 No. EXN-F(10)-22/2017-Loose.- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby constitute the Screening Committee on anti-profiteering consisting of following officers, namely:-- Sr.No. Name of officer Designation (1) (2) (3) 1.
