GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR FINANCE (TAXATION) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 7 th September, 2017 No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-I/53 .- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor of Assam is pleased to constitute the Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Assam consisting of the following officers, namely:- (1) Shri Viney Kumar Paul, Commissioner, GST, CBEC, Guwahati (2) Shri Hiranya Kumar Sarma, Joint Commissioner of State tax, Government of Assam.
