No. (GHN-79)GST-2017-R123(1)-TH.- In pursuance of the Provisions of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Gujarat Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Gujarat hereby constitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting of the following members for Anti-Profiteering, namely :- (i) Shri Supreet Singh Gulati, Additional State Tax Commissioner, (Establishment-Vigilance) Gujarat State, Ahmedabad nominated by the Commissioner; and (ii) Shri Sunil kumar Singh, Commissioner, GST, Gandhinagar nominated by the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax.
