Notification No. F. 3(67)/Fin.(Rev.-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/780 Delhi, the 30th November, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and in exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 66 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 03 of 2005) , the Lt.
