Regarding amendment in the rate of tax of textile,handmade shawls,stoles,chain stitch,toran, articles made of shola etc - 978/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section 8 Notification No. 978/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 Dehradun, Dated 23/11/2017 WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 23 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (06 of 2017) , on the recommendations of the Council, the Governor is pleased to allow to make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8, No. 801/2017/9(120)/ XXVII(8)/2017 Dated 12 October, 2017 ; namely:- 1. In the said notification, in the Table - (i) for serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- 9 Textile (handloom products), Handmade shawls, stoles and scarves Including 50, 58, 61, 62, 63 ; (ii) after serial number 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- 29 Chain stitch Any chapter 30 Crewel, namda, gabba Any chapter 31 Wicker willow products Any cha ter 32 Toran Any chapter 33 Articles made of shola Any chapter . 2.
