No. MGST. 1018/C. R. 04/ Taxation-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017) , the Government of Maharashtra, hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of serial numbers 2(viii) and 2(ix) of Notification No. MGST-1017/C. R.148/ Taxation-1 State Tax, dated the 30th August 2017, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, No. 264 vide Notification No. MGST-1017/C.
