No. 11/2018-State Tax In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017) , the Governor is pleased hereby to rescind, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the notification of this Department bearing No. 2312-F.T. [74/2017- State Tax] dated the 29th December, 2017. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 2nd February, 2018.
