ESTATE: NEW DELHI-110 002 No. F.3(16)/Fin (Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/91 Dated: 23/2/2018 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 03 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, do hereby makes the following amendment in the notification no F.3(16)/Fin (Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/359 dated 30th June, 2017 of the Finance Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely:- AMENDMENT 1. In the aforesaid notification, in the list of officers, after the words and figures (4) Joint Commissioners of State Tax , the words and figures (4A) Deputy Commissioners of State Tax shall be inserted.
