Amendment in Notification No. S.O.570(E) dated 27th February, 2009 - S.O. 1137 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd March, 2016 S.O. 1137 (E).- The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.570(E) dated 27th February, 2009 , namely: In the said notification, the entries at Sl.No. 6 shall be substituted as under: 6.
