In, S.No. 2 of paragraph 1 This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 30th August, 2017. shall be substituted with Save as otherwise provided in these rules;- (a) Rules 2 (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v), (vi), (vii) and (viii) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1 st July, 2017; (b) Rules 2 (ix) and 2 (x) shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. 2. In Rule 2(i), of eligible duties and taxes as defined in Explanation 2 to section 140, shall be substituted by of eligible duties and taxes as defined in Explanation 2 to section 140 . (K. K.
