Central Government approves Messrs. Can Fin Homes Limited, Bangalore as a company u/s 36(1)(viii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.942 DATED 28-3-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( viii ) of sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Government hereby approves Messrs. Can Fin Homes Limited, Shanti Kutir, No. 32, 11th Floor, Race Course Road, Bangalore--560 001, as a company for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment years 1994-95 to 1996-97. 2. The approval is subject to the condition that the company will conform to and comply with the provisions under section 36(1)( viii ) of Income-tax Act, 1961. [Notification No. 9513/F.
