Amendment in Notification No. 267(E), dated 24th March, 1994 NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.21 ( E ) DATED 6-1-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Committee, hereby amends the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), S. O. No. 267(E), dated 24th March, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section ( ii ) as follows, namely :--- In the table of the said notification, against serial number 17, in column (3), for the letters, figures and words "likely to cost Rs. 190.32 lakhs", the letters, figures and words "likely to cost Rs. 270.02 lakhs" and in column (4) relating to the maximum cost for which a project or scheme is approved, for the letters, figures and words "Rs. 190.32 lakhs", the letters, figures and words "Rs. 270.02 lakhs" shall be substituted.
