Appoint 1st day of October, 2018, as the date on which the provisions of section 52 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 shall come into force - SRO 434 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

Government of Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department Civil Secretariat, Srinagar Notification Srinagar, the 26th September, 2018 SRO 434.- In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government on the recommendations of the Council, hereby appoint 1 st day of October, 2018, as the date on which the provisions of section 52 of the said Act shall come into force.
