MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (FINANCIAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th October, 2015 S.O. 2889(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section 3 read with Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, number S.O.2931(E) dated 12th November, 2014 namely:- In the said Notification, against serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- 1 [ 2.
