Amendment in the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Presiding Officer and Other Members) Rules, 2003. in Rule 8. - G.S.R. 742(E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2014 G.S.R. 742(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (db) of sub-section (2) of section 29, read with section 15-O of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Presiding Officer and Other Members) Rules, 2003 , namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Presiding Officer and Other Members) Amendment Rules, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Presiding Officer and Other Members) Rules, 2003 , for rule 8 , the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- 8. Facility of Conveyance.- The Presiding Officer and Members of the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall be entitled to staff car and 200 litres of petrol every month or actual consumption of petrol per month, whichever is less .
