MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th April, 2005 S.O. 591(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 read with Sub-section (1)(d) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Terms and Conditions of Services of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992 the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Venu Srinivasan, Managing Director, Sundaram Clayton Ltd., Chennai as Part-time Member, SEBI for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till attains the age of sixty-two years or until further orders whichever is earlier.
