Central Government appoints Justice Kumar Rajaratnam, Chief Justice, High Court of Madhya Pradesh as Presiding Officer of Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai - F. No.5/51/CM/2002-S.O.173(E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Capital Market Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th February, 2004 S.O.173(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15L read with Sections 15M (1) and 15N of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby appoints Justice Kumar Rajaratnam, Chief Justice, High Court of Madhya Pradesh as Presiding Officer of Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai for a period of five (5) years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty eight (68) years, whichever is earlier.
