MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Capital Market Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th October, 2003 G.S.R. 854(E).- In exercise of the power conferred by Section 15L read with Section 15N of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. B. Samal, Retired Chairman and Managing Director, Allahabad Bank, as Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai with effect from 4th November, 2003 for a term of five years or until he attains the age of sixty two years whichever is earlier.
