Amendment in the notification No. SO 147(E) dated the 21st February, 1992, - F. No. 5/25/CM/2001-S.O. 704(E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th July, 2001 S.O. 704(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, Number SO 147(E) dated the 21st February, 1992, namely - In the said notification, against serial number 3, for the existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely - Shri G.P.
