MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Capital Market Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th March, 2000 S.O. 277(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 read with clause (b) of Sub-section (l) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992). the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, number S. O. 195 (E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 9th March, 1992, namely:- In the said notification for the letters and words Shri R.L.
