Central Government rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance - File No. 1/55/SE/97-S.O. 186(E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Capital Market and External Commercial Borrowings Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st March, 2000 S.O. 186(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs), number S.O. 2561, dated the 27 th June, 1969. No. 2561 dated 27-6-1969, published at page 839 in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 27th June, 1969 and subsequently amended vide S.O.
