SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 26th November, 2012 Securities and Exchange Board of India Notification regarding establishment of Local Office of the Board at Indore No. LAD-NRO/GN/2012-13/24/26234.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board or India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , the Board has established Local Office at Indore under the administrative control of its Western Regional Office at Ahmedabad. The Local Office so established shall look the regulatory aspects of investor protection, investor education and such other functions as may be delegated from time to time, and its role and responsibility shall extend to the areas falling under the territorial jurisdiction of the State of Madhya Pradesh.
