MINISTRY OF FINANCE Department of Economic Affairs (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd September, 1998 S.O. 765(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance.
