Amendment in the Notification no. S.O.195 (E) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) part II - F. No. 20 (3) CM/92-S.O. 719(E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Capital Market Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th October, 1996 S.O. 719(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with clause(b) of Sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, number S.O.195 (E) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) dated the 9th March, 1992, namely :- In the said Notification, for the letters and words Shri C.
