Amendment in the notification No. S.O. 147(E) dated 21st February, 1992 - F. No. 5/25/CM/95-S.O. 632(E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th July, 1995 S.O. 632(E). -Whereas in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, (5 of 1992), the Central Government established the Securities and Exchange Board of India vide notification No. S.O. 147(E) dated 21st February, 1992; Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by section 3 read with section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, No. S.O. 147(E) dated 21st February, 1992, namely : - In the said notification, in the entry against serial No. 2 for the letters and words Dr. P. J. Nayak letters and words Dr. U. Sarat Chandran , shall be substituted. [F. No. 5/25/CM/95] RAMA MURALI, Jt. Secy.
