SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 17 th September, 2002 S.O.1005(E).- Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Coimbatore Stock Exchange Limited, Stock Exchange Building, Trichy Road, Coimbatore and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956. renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for one year commencing on September 18, 2002 and ending on September 17, 2003, in respect of contracts in securities subject to the condition stated herein below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter .- The exchange shall commence trading only after: 1. Obtaining final approval from SEBI for establishment of the Settlement Guarantee Fund/Trade Guarantee Fund and establishment of Settlement Guarantee Fund/Trade Guarantee Fund; and 2 Confirming compliance of circulars issued by SEBI from time to time.
