MMSTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CM Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28 th May, 2002 S.O. 573 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, number S.O. 147(E) dated the 21st February, 1992, namely :- In the said notification, against serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- 2, Shri Dhirendra Swamp Member Additional Secretary Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India.
