MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Investment Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th October, 1993 S.O. 761(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No. S.O. 195(E) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Part-II Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 9th March 1922, namely :- In the said notification, for the letters and words Smt.
