GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 31th December, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 25885-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043/2017/FlN, dated the 6 th August, 2018, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1378 of the Odisha Gazette bearing S.R.O.No. 333/2018, namely : In the said notification, in paragraph 2,- (i) in clause (i), for the figures, letters and word 31 st August, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 31st January, 2019 shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word 30 th September, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 28 th February, 2019 shall be substituted.
