Central Government appoints Dr. V. Ravi Anshuman as Part Time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India for a period of three years - S.O. 2000 (E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (FINANCIAL MARKETS DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th June, 2019 S.O. 2000 (E).- In exercise of power conferred by clause (d) of sub-Section (1) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , read with rule 19A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992 , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. V. Ravi Anshuman as Part Time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India for a period of three years from the date of assumption of office, or till the age of seventy years, or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
