GOVERNMENT OF SIKKIM FINANCE DEPARTMENT COMMERCIAL TAXES DIVISION GANGTOK No: 16/GOS/CTD/2019 Date : 13/08/2019 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in partial modification of the notification no.32/CTD/2017 dated 07.11.2017 the Government of Sikkim hereby reconstitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting of the following officers, namely :- 1.
