NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers by section 164 of the Tripura State Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do; hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Tripura, Finance Department No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019, dated the 25 th April, 2019. published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, Vide number 850, dated the 25 th April, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21 st day of August, 2019 the figures, letters and words 21 st day of November, 2019 shall be substituted By Order of the Governor (Nagesh Kumar IAS) Joint Secretary Government Finance Department Note: - The principal notification No-F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019, dated the 25 th April, 2019 was published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 850 dated the 25 th April, 2019 and was subsequently amended by notification No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019(PART), dated the 1 st July, 2019 published in the Tripura Gazette Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1264, dated the July, 2019.
