Seeks to amend Notification No. 4/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017 - 11/2018 - State Tax (Rate) - Delhi SGST

FINANCE (REVENUE-1) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 27th September, 2019 No. 11/2018 - State Tax (Rate) F. No. 3(4)/Fin (Rev-I)/2018-19/DS-VI/459. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of NCT of Delhi, in the Department of Finance (Revenue-I), No.4/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No.F.3(15)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2017-18/ DS-VI/372 dated 30th June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, after S. No. 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely: - TABLE S. No. Tariff item, sub-heading, heading or Chapter Description of Goods Supplier of goods Recipient of supply (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 7. Any Chapter Priority Sector Lending Certificate Any registered Person Any registered person 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 28th day of May, 2018.
