Seeks to amend Notification No. 31/GST-2, dated the 8th March, 2019 - 93/GST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 1st October, 2019 No. 93/GST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 31/GST-2, dated the 8th March, 2019, namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.31/GST-2, dated the 8th March, 2019, in the table, after serial number 2 and the entries there against, the following serial number and entries there against shall be inserted, namely: - 2A. 2202 10 10 Aerated Water . 2.
