GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division ___ Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(24/2019-Rate) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government notification of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(7/2019-Rate) dated 29th March, 2019, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette, Series I No. 52, dated 29 th March, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 2, for the entry in column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- Cement falling in chapter heading 2523 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975). . 2.
