Seeks to amend Notification No. 22/2019- State Tax, dated the 11th June, 2019 - 36/2019 – State Tax - Jharkhand SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT Notification No. 36/2019 State Tax S.O. No. 79 Dated- 21th October, 2019 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department No.22/2019- State Tax, dated the 11th June, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 57, dated the 11th June, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21st day of August, 2019 the figures, letters and word 21st day of November, 2019 shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 20th August, 2019. No. 57, dated the 11th June, 2019 and was subsequently amended by notification No. 25/2019-State Tax, dated the 8th August, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 63, dated the 8 th August, 2019.
