Seeks to amend notification No 14/2019- State Tax dated 7.3.2019 - 43/2019-State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, District-Raipur Notification No. 4 3 /2019-State Tax Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, dated : 30 .0 9 .2019 No. F-10-39/2019/CT/V(93) - In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to the sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the State Government, in the Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. 14/2019-State Tax, No. F-10-12/2019/CT/V(32), dated the 7 th March, 2019 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 87, dated the 11 th March, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, (I) in the table, (i) after Sl. No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: - 2A. 2202 10 10 Aerated Water . This notification shall come into force on the 1 st October, 2019.
