Governor appoint the 24th day of September, 2019 as date of enactment for the UKGST Rules (fourth amendment), 2019 - 901/2019/3(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CT-42 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 901/2019/3(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CT-42 Dehradun : Dated: 31 October, 2019 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (06 of 2017) and the provision mentioned at serial no. 1(2) of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the 24th day of September, 2019, as the date from which the provisions mentioned at serial no. 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 (Notification No. 571/ 2019/ 10(120)/XXVII(8)/ 2019/ CT-31 dated 23 rd July, 2019 of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8), shall come into force.
