Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 954/2019/10(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CTR-23 Dehradun : Dated: 14 November, 2019 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 140/2018/18(120)/XXVII(8)/2017/CTR-4 dated 02 nd February, 2018 , namely :- After paragraph, the following explanation shall be inserted, namely: - Explanation- Nothing contained in this notification shall apply where development rights are supplied on or after 01.04.2019. 2.
