Amendment in Notification No. 518/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 dated 29th June, 2017 - 945/2019/10(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CTR-15 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 945/2019/10(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CTR-15 Dehradun : Dated: 14 November, 2019 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of section 11 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 518/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 dated 29 th June, 2017, namely :- In the said notification, in the Schedule,- (i) after S. No. 57 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely: - 57A 0813 Tamarind dried ; (ii) after S. No. 114B and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely: - 114C 46 Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/ flowers/bark ; 2.
