Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 951/2019/10(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CTR-43 Dehradun : Dated: 14 November, 2019 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to the subsection (1) of section 10 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 284/2019/4(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CT-14 dated 09 th April, 2019, namely:- 2A 2202 10 10 Aerated Water ; 2.
