GOVERNMENT OF GUJARAT FINANCE DEPARTMENT Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar Dated the 1st January, 2020 Notification No. 1/2020-State Tax Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 No.(GHN-1)GST-2020/S.1(10)TH:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Guj.29 of 2019), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 22, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 13 to 20 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Guj.29 of 2019), shall come into force By order and in the name of the Governor of Gujarat, Samir Joshi Under Secretary to Government.
