HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 24 th January, 2020 No.08/GST-2. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.16/ST-2, dated the 25th January, 2018 , namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department , notification No.16/ST-2, dated the 25 th January, 2018, in the third proviso, for the signs, figures and word 10th January, 2020 , the signs, figures and word 17th January, 2020 shall be substituted.
