Notification on commencement of certain provisions of OGST(Amendment) Act, 2019 - S.R.O. No. 27 - Orissa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 1 st January, 2020 S.R.O. No. 27 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Odisha Act 9 of 2019), the State Government do hereby appoint the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 2 to 21, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 13 to 20 of the said Act shall come into force.
